What is VIP KIDZ CLUB’s response to COVID-19?

Is our location closed?
Yes, temporarily we are closed until further notice.
If the club is closed, how will I find out when it plans to reopen?
We will keep you informed via email and let you know when your club is ready to reopen. You can also check our FB page which we update regularly https://www.facebook.com/vipkidzclub/ 
How do I cancel or freeze my account if my club is currently closed?
We have proactively frozen all memberships on your behalf, and you will not be charged any fees during this time. We will keep you informed and let you know when your club is ready to reopen, and look forward to serving you in a clean, sanitary, and judgement free environment. Can’t wait to see you back in the club soon!

My club is closed and they charged me. Will I be refunded for this month?
Unfortunately the timing of mandates and closures lead to some of our members being billed after we closed. Rest assured that you will not be charged for any days when the club was closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when we reopen.
What if I pre-paid my membership for a year?
If you have a prepaid membership, the expiration date of your membership will be adjusted by the number of closed days. For example, if we are closed 30 days and your membership was set to end on or about November 30, that membership will be extended to on or about December 30.
Does VIP KIDZ CLUBoffer any digital workout content I can use while the club is temporarily closed?
We have been working with our IT department, insurance and legal team to get our online programming up as soon as possible.  Please be patient as going from a physical location to an online digital world is a bit complicated, but rest assured we called in the professionals so that we can provide you with safety, security and quality with our online classes.
