FUN GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Come ready to sweat, smile & laugh! Prepare to leave EMPOWERED and feeling strong! All of our fitness classes focus on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, strength training, flexibility & balance! The design of the classes introduce easy to follow moves structured into a high intensity interval training format, set to killer music in a GLOWED OUT fitness studio. Work at your own pace and modify if necessary. All our instructors are happy to show new members modifiers if needed.
All ages and abilities welcome to join Empower-U 360, Pound, Personal Training, Flexibility & Balance, Sunrise Yoga, Hip Hop Body Burn and Bombshell Barre. REBOUND-U 360 & LEVEL-UP is for 18 and Over. Childcare is provided for all fitness classes.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
EMPOWER-U 360 - easy to follow high intensity interval training class focused on your entire body. Not only do participants burn calories during the exercise, but your body keeps burning extra calories for the next 24 to 48 hours after your class! This class provides a unique and revolutionary approach to successfully lose weight and build muscle in minimal time.
REBOUND-U 360 - is a safe, effective and fun low impact workout performed on a small trampoline set to music with a choreographed routine. Research into rebounding has proven many health benefits including; burning 1000s of calories, melting body fat, stimulating lymphatic drainage, activating deep core muscles and strengthening bones and joints.
POUND - is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout set to killer tunes. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
LEVEL-UP - is a 40 minute group fitness class that combines cardio with heavy lifting to really take your fitness to the next LEVEL! Deadlifts, heavy weights and high intensity you are guaranteed to tone up those muscles.
SUNRISE YOGA - Finally a Yoga class with childcare so you can truly relax your stress away while knowing your child is playing in a fun safe environment. Sunrise Yoga is a gentler, less intensive form of yoga that's perfect for all fitness levels. This class will help you ease your overactive mind while reconnecting with your body and breath. This class is designed to leave participants feeling a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing - something that is invaluable in today's stressed-out society!
HIP HOP BODY BURN - a supercharged fat-burning cardio dance routine that is designed to ignite your weight loss potential while sculpting lean muscle for a total-body tone-up through a unique series of high intensity hip hop inspired dance moves focusing on certain body parts and muscle tone through repetition and moving to the beat of the music. Get ready to dance those calories away!
BOMBSHELL BARRE - this class focuses on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, and enhancing flexibility. Perfect class for those looking to tighten hips, glutes, thighs and core while improving posture which can result in increased confidence and appearance of longer, leaner physique.

You can pay for classes at a drop in rate, membership rate or purchase a punchcard to get bulk pricing. Either pay at the front desk or click the "BUY NOW" Button below, type in the amount you would like to pay and see the staff for your lanyard or punchcard. We look forward to having you in for class!
- All Access Membership ($40/month with Auto Enroll ($10 more if going month to month, - for families with two parents one child, additional children $10 per month per additional child) includes 8 CLASSES PER MONTH plus any additional classes only $8 drop in rate (childcare $4 per day during your fitness classes no limit on children or number of classes)
- Premier Fitness Membership ($120/month) includes unlimited fitness classes and access to open studio and playspace (childcare $4 per day during your fitness classes no limit on children or number of classes)
- Fitness Punchcard (5 Pack $50, 10 Pack $80, 20 Pack $140)
- Childcare Punchcard available for all ages from infants to school age ($40/10 punches member rate, or $50/10 punches non member rate) Staff supervision is provided and they are on the playground as you are in the adjacent room working out.

Meet Your Instructors
KAT MCGOWAN -LEAD CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Kat McGowan is our facilities Fitness Manager, mama of a teen boy and totally fit at 50! She has been working in the fitness industry since 2006 as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and all around KICK BUTT motivator. Kat is a former Women’s Figure competitor in multiple NPC and NABBA competitions. National titles NABBA MS. FIGURE AMERICA 2010, NABBA MS. NORTH AMERICA 2010. She is the creator/ designer of the EMPOWER-U 360, REBOUND-U 360 and LEVEL-UP classes. She custom made her curriculum based on many years experience. She wanted to give moms back the power to get in a complete workout in as little as 40 minutes twice a week where they are guaranteed to see results. Kat leads all of our GLOW PARTIES and is always around the club with a smile on her face. She hopes to transform many more women in 2020 with her fun fitness challenges and killer classes.
SHEENA STIFFLER - Certified Yoga Instructor
Sheena is a stay at home mom of 3, dōTERRA wellness advocate, fitness instructor, substitute teacher, and nutrition nut. She loves all things healing, and full of light, learning and laughter. She has been practicing yoga for many years and is certified in Sunrise Yoga. Sunrise yoga is a gentler, less intensive form of yoga that is perfect for all fitness levels. It helps to ease overactive minds, while reconnecting bodies and breath. It leaves a long lasting sense of calm and wellbeing, along with increased flexibility, muscular strength, coordination, improved balance, while reducing stress. Sheena likes to lead a balanced class of laughter and growth. |
CJ HUSLEY - Leads Hip Hop Body Burn and Bombshell Barre
CJ is a mom of 4, business owner of SHARE THE LOVE CAFE on Main Street, professional dancer with 20 years experience! She brings killer moves, awesome tunes and a great vibe to all of her classes. She loves to dance and have fun while working out and ensures the energy is up and body positivity keeps flowing. |
