    Check-in Policy
    Parents must sign in with their child, and every parent must have a photo in the computer for identification of child(ren) and parents. To keep a safe environment for everyone, the VIP KIDZ CLUB LLC requires that parents must remain at the club while their children are in the VIP KIDZ CLUB. 
    Emergency Procedures
    In the event of an emergency necessitating an evacuation, the VIP KIDZ CLUB staff will escort children to the parking lot. You may pick up your child once our staff has confirmed that all children are accounted for.
    Illness Policy
    VIP KIDZ CLUB staff have the authority to determine if a child is healthy enough to stay in the VIP KIDZ CLUB. Staff will look for any of the following symptoms: fever, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, eye discharge, coughing, and green/yellow nasal discharge. Children with contagious ailments such as strep throat, pinkeye, pneumonia, or chicken pox must stay home until no longer contagious. Any child with a fever is not allowed to come to VIP KIDZ CLUB within 24 hours of the onset of fever.  If your child has a visible illness but is no longer contagious such as pink eye, please bring a doctor’s note stating they are no longer contagious.
    Snack and Personal Items Policies
    Please bring your snacks and drinks in labeled containers if you would like them back. Do not bring snacks containing nuts as we have some children with allergies. Lollipops, gum, and outside toys (including electronic devices) are not allowed in VIP KIDZ CLUB. Please use the shoe cubbies for shoes and if you need to leave any valuables there is a locker behind the reception desk.  Any items brought into VIP KIDZ CLUB must be labeled. VIP KIDZ CLUB will not be responsible for items left behind at the end of the day.
    Toileting and Diaper Procedures
    The VIP KIDZ CLUB has a small child-sized toilet that is available for use and a changing table in the rest room.  If an accident occurs, you will be asked to take care of your child and inform the VIP KIDZ CLUB staff so they may clean and sanitize the area. VIP KIDZ CLUB attendants may NOT change diapers. Please bring your child to VIP KIDZ CLUB in a fresh diaper. If your child needs a diaper change, a staff member will come ask you to change your child.
    Inflatable and Playground Policies
    VIP KIDZ CLUB staff will be given a schedule of when the Bouncy Castle and Playground is open to members and day passers.  The bouncy castle is not a guaranteed activity during open play. If the bouncy castle is extremely busy, if there are several babies in VIP KIDZ CLUB, or there are other extenuating circumstances, the bouncy castle may be put away or not set up.  VIP KIDZ CLUB staff will make every effort to make the bouncy castle available, but please understand it is not always possible.
    Parents Inside VIP KIDZ CLUB Policy
    Any parent inside the playground area is expected to be off of their cell phone engaging with their children and other members or day passers.  We want parents as part of the VIP KIDZ CLUB where we want everyone to feel like a VIP!
    THESE GUIDELINES WERE ESTABLISHED IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR CHILD AND OUR CAREGIVERS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.
    Here at VIP KIDZ CLUB, the safety of your child is our number one concern.
    That’s why all of our staff members are carefully screened to provide the safest possible environment for your child. Any harmful, destructive or aggressive behavior observed by a VIP KIDZ CLUB employee, physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. Should such behavior occur, children will be given a verbal warning followed by a time-out period, for the first three offenses. If the behavior is then repeated, the child will be asked to take a one-day break from the VIP KIDZ CLUB.  Subsequent offenses will result in a 7-day, 30-day and finally, a 90-day break. Following the 90-day break, if the child’s behavior has not ceased, the parent/guardian may be asked not to bring the child back permanently. If a VIP KIDZ CLUB staff member witness’s unusually destructive or aggressive behavior, for the safety of the other children, the child will be removed immediately.
    AGREEMENT TO POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
    I/we hereby agree to accept and abide by these policies of VIP KIDZ CLUB, LLC. I/We agree to observe the rules designed for the mutual benefit and safety of all members and guests. In the event that a guest repeatedly disregards the rules, he or she will be asked to leave without refund, and could possibly be prohibited to visit again or become a member. In the event that a member repeatedly disregards the rules, his or her membership will be terminated without refund.

    Liability Waiver

    I hereby give permission for my children to participate at the VIP KIDZ CLUB LLC.  Further, I authorize the VIP KIDZ CLUB staff to contact emergency personnel if any injury or emergency may occur, and qualified personnel may perform emergency treatment if they judge as necessary.  This authorization is granted only if I cannot be reached and a reasonable effort has been made to do so.  By execution of this agreement my child and I acknowledge that the VIP KIDZ CLUB staff members will not be held accountable for injury, death, property damage, lost items, or any other damages that may occur at the VIP KIDZ CLUB.
     
    VIP KIDZ CLUB and Circa Photo has my permission to use my or my child’s photograph/video publicaly to promote the library.  I understand that the images may be used in print, online, websites or social media.  I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
